Fredrikstad and Hvaler municipalities invites tenderers to submit tenders for a framework agreement regarding the procurement of textbooks, teaching aids and specialised books.

The procurement includes delivery of teaching aids with i.a. teacher instruction booklets, copy originals, exercise booklets, key and concretisation materials for primary and secondary schools, before- and after-school care, nursery schools and the adult education.

Other entities at the Contracting Authority can also make call-offs against this agreement.

The agreement does not include books to the main libraries in Fredrikstad and Hvaler.

The agreement does not include independent net-based teaching resources.
