Part 1. The subject of the contract are services of collection and management in recovery processes from R1 to R12 of waste with the code 191212 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) resulting from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in the 191211, coming from the Municipal Installation in Czartoria, generated from the processing of bulky waste.

Part 2. The subject of the contract are services of collection and management in recovery processes from R1 to R12 of waste with code 191212, coming from the treatment of mixed and selectively delivered municipal waste as the so-called over-sieve fraction > 80 mm, with a value of heat of combustion above 6 MJ / kg of dry matter. The collected batches of waste may differ in value, and any differences will not constitute the basis for the Contractor's claims against the Ordering Party. The waste will be loaded in bulk onto the Contractor's means of transport.

Part 1. Waste with the code 191212 is a material with a heat of combustion above 6 MJ/kg dry matter, derived from the mechanical processing of bulky waste with a waste code 200307, which are m.in: tables, chairs, racks, wardrobes, upholstered furniture, beds, doors, mattresses, floor panels, etc. Bulky waste is processed on a waste shredder equipped with an ferrous metal separator, however, the Ordering Party reserves that the transferred waste may contain traces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, which will not be the basis for any claims for the Contractor in this respect. The waste will be loaded in bulk onto the Contractor's means of transport. Amount of waste to be collected and managed in the order: basic value: 1 500 Mg (which is 37.5% of the total order; see the next sentence). The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the amount of waste envisaged for collection and management – without contractual consequences – by a maximum of 2,500 Mg (right of option); Total amount of waste to be collected and managed: 4 000 Mg; The option is the Right of the Ordering Party, which can be used in cases of increasing the stream of waste accepted to the CI in Czartoria. If the Ordering Party uses or does not use the option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect, in particular financial claims.

The collected batches of waste may differ in value, and any differences will not constitute the basis for the Contractor's claims against the Ordering Party. The waste will be loaded in bulk onto the Contractor's means of transport.

Amount of waste to be collected and managed in the order: basic value: 7 500 Mg (which is 68% of the total order; see the next sentence). The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the amount of waste envisaged for collection and management – without contractual consequences by a maximum of 3,500 Mg (right of option). The total amount of waste to be collected and managed: 11 000 Mg. The option is the Right of the Ordering Party, which can be used by the Ordering Party in cases of increasing the waste stream accepted into the CI in Czartoria. If the Ordering Party uses or does not use the option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect, in particular financial claims. The above provisions do not modify the general nature of the contract (see: the proposed provisions of the agreement Annex 2 to the SWZ).
