WNA Datteln has been entrusted with the planning of the expansion of the Wesel-Datteln Canal from the Rhine to Marl (BVWP project W 23).

In the first step, engineering services are to be awarded in four separate contracts in the areas of environmental planning, line expansion, crossing structures and locks.

The engineering services of this award procedure in the field of line expansion include the preliminary planning including variant investigation and final consolidation of the results of all four areas, as well as the preparation of a budget document and implementation of an approval procedure.
