I) Phase I: supply and installation of control cabinets for all the infrastructures constituting the ski lift located along the Annette and Lubin hill at SPA (see location plan in Appendix III);

II) Phase II: in-depth maintenance as described in points 4 to 10 of the technical clauses

III) Phase III:

a) the inspection and preventive maintenance of all the infrastructures allowing the normal operation of the two cabins constituting said mechanical lift;

b) repair of these infrastructures in the event of untimely breakdown and malfunction.
