The subject of the procurement is the delivery of hardware and software components, their maintenance and support for 36 months (plus a one-time extension option for a further 12 months) as well as the complete services for the professional implementation of the delivery components in the existing IT infrastructure, including training and the documentation of the delivered components. The hardware and software components are to be delivered in the third quarter of 2020. The new infrastructure is scheduled to go into operation in the fourth quarter of 2020.
