The subject of this tender is the procurement of Microsoft software licenses (rental licenses) from a trading partner under the terms of the “Microsoft Campus and School Subscription Framework Agreement between Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (“ Microsoft ”) and in the version from May 1, 2021 the Leibniz Rechenzentrum Garching (LRZ) for eligible institutions.
