Description:
Award of a supply contract for the procurement of printing and copying paper for the judicial authorities of the Free State of Thuringia

The client intends to issue a supply order for the procurement of printing and copying paper by means of a Europe-wide tender as an open procedure in accordance with § 15 I VgV

for the judicial authorities of the Free State of Thuringia.

The service to be provided includes the decentralised delivery of the respective order quantities in accordance with the order list to the list of services listed in Appendix A 3

Departments without charging packaging or transport costs, at the times specified in the contract.

In principle, the delivery services are to be carried out quarterly as partial deliveries: The partial deliveries are to be made in January, April, July and October. The first quarterly delivery for the contract year 01.09.2022 to 31.08.2023 will therefore take place in October 2022. The exception to this is the Thuringian Higher Regional Court - Judicial Paying Office, which is to be supplied every two months, so six partial deliveries in February, April, June, August, October and December of each year must be fulfilled.

Orders are only placed by the customer.

For additional orders during the year, the following procedure applies: The additionally required order quantity per department will be notified to the Contractor by the Customer at least 1 month before the beginning of the new quarter in order to enable consideration for the next quarterly delivery. Otherwise, the delivery of an additional partial service in the current quarter must be made within 14 days. Travel expenses will then be remunerated separately in accordance with Appendix R 2 Quotation form. In both cases, the contractor must confirm receipt of the order by fax or in any other way in writing and immediately to the customer.

Use of the Contractor's own machines, equipment and vehicles in compliance with the Contractor's duties of protection and care in the

Client. The transport risk shall be borne by the contractor. The services must be provided within the deadline from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and

Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 within the specified time window. The delivery will be accompanied by a delivery note with detailed information about the delivered goods. This contains at least quantity, article number and the product name for incoming goods inspection.
