Design and refurbishment of facilities at East Berkshire College, Langley Campus,known as 'Project 2' which includes the refurbishment of existing facilities to create:

— Hair and Beauty salons (training & commercial),

— General teaching classrooms,

— IT teaching classrooms,

— Innovation IT Centre,

— Lecture Theatre,

— Breakout open learning spaces,

— Toilet refurbishment,

— External Landscaping,

— MUGA.

This project forms the 2nd project of the colleges proposed overall master plan to redevelop the Langley Campus. The Works will be completed in phases to minimise the impact on teaching and be completed for August 2014.
