Project:

Planning of a 3-fold sports hall with outdoor sports facilities in the northern part of Nuremberg

Project scope:

On behalf of the City of Nuremberg, WBG KOMMUNAL GmbH is supervising a new construction of a 3-fold sports hall, with grandstand and associated operating, storage and technical rooms in the northern part of Nuremberg.

The measures also include the construction of a natural grass pitch approx. 90x60m and an artificial turf pitch approx. 90x60m, as well as the construction of a jumping pit with inrun lanes. The measures were to be carried out in 3 construction phases.

Budget:

For the above-mentioned measure, the client has estimated costs of approx. EUR 12.4 million "net" KG 200-700 and approx. EUR 9.3 million net KG 300-400. Assuming a 70% to 30% distribution between KG 300 and 400, this results in costs of approx. €2.6 million.

Scope:

The tendered services of structural engineering for buildings in accordance with §51 HOAI are commissioned in stages.

At least the achievements of level 1 will be awarded. In the case of commissioning, the commissioning of further service phases is carried out in whole or in part, in the following stages:

Stage 1: HOAI performance phase 1 - 2

Stage 2: HOAI performance phase 3 - 4

Stage 3: HOAI performance phase 5 - 7

Stage 4: HOAI performance phase 8 - 9

The contractor is not entitled to the commissioning of further services or levels 2 to 4 [in whole or in part]. No additional fee or compensation claims can be asserted from the phased commissioning.
