This procedure concerns the admission of economic operators to the SDA for the supply of drugs and blood products for the purpose of hospital consumption, direct distribution and in the name and on behalf and related related services for companies in the Regional Health Service referred to in art. 3 paragraph 1 letter a) of Regional Law no. 19 of 6 August 2007 and subsequent amendments (race 95-2021).
The supply may also be intended for Healthcare Companies in other Regions whose needs will be explained in the context of individual specific contracts.
The procedure in question involves a two-phase process: the first starts through the publication of this founding announcement, to which Economic Operators can request admission and the second which provides for the launch of individual Specific Contracts for the entire duration of the Dynamic Acquisition System, in the invitation letter of which the quantities and value will be specified, each time, in detail maximum expendable of the individual lots, any additional regions receiving the supply and any other information necessary for participation. Only competitors who have obtained admission to the SDA by the date of sending the invitation letter will be invited to participate in the specific individual contracts.
Economic Operators interested in receiving the invitation to participate in the first specific contract, must submit the documentation required for admission to the System no later than Thursday 27 January 2022 at 12:00.
