Dismantling of the Rathaus-Center in Ludwigshafen am Rhein - Disposal of pollutants

The subject of the tendered service is the loading of the roll-off containers previously filled by a third party, the weighing on the mobile truck scale previously supplied by the Contractor Disposal as well as the removal and disposal of the pollutants or waste subject to landfill.

This invitation to tender does NOT cover the assumption of the function of the producer's authorised representative or the main service of the eANV (only preparatory work required). The weighing process on the surfaces of the construction site is also carried out on site.

Since around 20% of the waste to be disposed of results from a subsidised service, the financing of which has not yet been conclusively secured, a budget reservation is made on this proportion of the offer amount. Accordingly, an order value of 80% of the offer volume is placed when the bid is awarded. By securing the financing, by 31.03.2024 at the latest, the client will announce whether an extension of the order to 100% of the offer amount is intended.
