Object planning building according to HOAI § 34 Work phases 3 - 9 for the conversion and extension of the Psychiatric Day Clinic at the Herz Jesu Hospital in Dernbach

Expansion and reconstruction of the psychiatric day clinic from 2011.

Extension of the existing 2-storey building (built in 2011) by 3 additional floors and conversion of parts of an adjacent existing building (built in 1970).

GFA of the extension approx. 1,000 m², conversion work in the existing building, approx. 350 m².

The ongoing operation of the psychiatric day clinic must be maintained in a functional manner without significant impairment of operations.

Work phases 1 and 2 according to HOAI are currently being provided; the checked, approved planning is to be adopted.

The measure is to be implemented quickly in compliance with the operation of the psychiatric day clinic.

The client expects to ensure the undisturbed realization of the project through sufficient comprehensive planning, scheduling, construction management and presence of the construction management in the course of realization.
