This consultation concerns the supply and transmission of electricity and associated services on the territory of the Val de Gray community of municipalities. It took the form of a group of orders for which the CCVG acts as coordinator of the group in accordance with article L. 2113-6 of the public order code. The services are divided into two lots designated below:

- lot 1: LV 3 - 36 kVA sites,

- lot 2: public lighting sites.

This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 s. of the CCP. This is a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum concluded with several economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of offers made pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 s. of the CCP. The subsequent contracts resulting from this agreement will be awarded under the conditions defined in the consultation file.
