The subject of the order is one autocystern (tanker for carrying water). The vehicle must be factory new, (the Ordering Party permits the year of production of the chassis 2021 or 2022). The subject of the order shall be executed in accordance with the DESCRIPTION of the subject of the ORDER, annex 3 to SWZ SPT.2370.3.2022.

2.1 The offer must be drawn up in accordance with the required provisions of law and the content of this SWZ,

2.2 Delivery of the subject of the order not later than 30.09.2022 r.

2.3 Providing full warranty and post-warranty service for the whole vehicle:

The required warranty period is min. 24 months, this must be entered in Annex 1 to the SWZ, from the date of signature of the final receipt protocol. A warranty period of more than 60 months does not result in more points being awarded.

2.4 Grant on the subject of a contract 24 months warranty for defects.

2.5 The terms of execution of the subject of the contract are also included in the model of the proposed provisions of the contract, annex 6 to the SWZ.

2.6 Built-in and equipped vehicle must meet, among others, requirements:

1) the Act “Road Traffic Law” (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017 No. 1260 as amended) together with the implementing provisions of the Act,

2) Ordinance No. 1 of the Chief Commandant of the State Fire Brigade of 24 January 2020 on transport economy in the organizational units of the State Fire Brigade (Journal of Laws. KG PSP, item 3).

3) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21 October 2008 on essential requirements for machinery (Journal of Laws No 199, item 1228), Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on the standardisation of machinery regulations, amending Directive 95/16/EC. OJ L 157, 26, 9.06.2006 and other new approach directive relating to it.

4) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 2022, as amended) and guidelines of UNECE Regulation No 48.

5) standards PN-EN 15975-2 and PN-EN 2013-12,

6) hold a type-approval certificate or an EC certificate of conformity in accordance with separate national provisions relating to road traffic law.

Where the building conditions specified by the chassis manufacturer have been exceeded, a certificate of type-approval of a complete vehicle and the consent of the chassis manufacturer to perform the building shall be required. The equipment and components fitted to the vehicle shall comply with the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. The EC certificate of approval or certificate of conformity shall be presented at the latest during technical and quality receipt,

7) Ordinances of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products for the provision of public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as rules for issuing the admission of these products into use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143, item. 1002, late. zm). Confirmation of the above requirements will be to submit at the latest on the date of receipt of the technical-quality subject of the contract of the current certificate of admission for the vehicle, the design of which must ensure the possibility of mounting the rescue equipment in accordance with the requirements of Annex No 1” Guidelines for standardizing equipment of fire vehicles and other means of transport of the State Fire Brigade”. Equipment supplied with the vehicle, if a certificate of admission is required, must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products for public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as rules for issuing the admission of these products into use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as late). Confirmation of the above requirements will be to submit at the latest on the date of receipt of the technical-quality subject of the contract of the current certificate of admission for this equipment.
