In essence, the following activities must be performed:

- Lot 1: the rapid and adequate removal of (oil) contaminants of more than 5 m 3 of the same nature or composition of the Dutch coast and banks,

- Lot 2: placing suitable waste containers for temporary storage, sampling, removal and processing of (oil) contaminants.
