1.The subject of the contract is the supply of brand new and free from legal and physical defects computer and network equipment for organizational units of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. 2.The Ordering Party shall separate the subject of the contract into 3 independent lots. Further information on the order for all parts (including the types of equipment that make up a given part) is given below in the announcement, with full detail and exhaustive information in the indicated scope provided by the SWZ. The term "SWZ" used in the announcement should be understood as the documents of this contract constituting the specification referred to in Article 133 of the Polish Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Law").

Technical description [specification of the type of computer equipment and equipment within the Task, its quantity and technical or functional and other characteristics required by the Contracting Authority the minimum characteristics for this Task shall be specified in Annex No 2 of SWZ. 2. of this task shall enter a minimum:1) Sale and delivery of the offered SALE to the Ordering Party (including, if necessary, making its customs declaration for the purpose of introduction and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland); 2) Providing the Contracting Authority with an indefinite license, full in with regard to the computer programs indicated in the SWZ, as well as any other computer programs, if such programmes are the subject of a bid for the SALE or component parts necessary for the use of the SALE offered; 3) Granting the Contracting Authority a guarantee on the offer, provided and issued to the Contracting Authority, whereby a guarantee is required for a period not less than indicated in the SWZ, from the date of issue to the Contracting Authority; 4) Obtaining and issuing relevant documents relating to the use of the SALE, including the investigation of the powers under the guarantee referred to in point 3); 3.The scope and manner of fulfilment of the benefits referred to in paragraph 2 above and the type and manner of presentation of the documents referred to in paragraph 2 (4) above shall specify the Agreement Model for the SALE (Annex No 7 SWZ).
