Technical planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, Anl.gr. 1-5 and 8, LPH 1-8, step-by-step allocation

At the Faldera Community School in Neumünster, two parts of the building in need of renovation with a total of 6 classrooms, ancillary and sanitary rooms are to be demolished and replaced by a new 2-storey building. The new building is to be connected to the remaining existing building. In addition, the fire protection concept must be implemented in the existing building, which in particular requires a second structural escape and rescue route for the lounges on the upper floor. The new building accounts for approx. 85% of the overall project, the conversion of the existing building approx. 15%. The pre-estimated cost budget for the overall measures for KG 410 to 450 and 480 is € 593,500 net. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which Anl.gr the scope of services for technical planning, technical equipment. 1-5 and 8 according to HOAI and have implemented similar measures in the past. Work phases 1-8 are to be worked on. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
