The objective and scope of the agreement:
The contest is for the provision of services for project and construction management, consulting engineering services, and ARK, framework agreement. The contest is split into 9 groups:
Electrical Engineering (RIE).
Consultant engineer for water, sewage and surface water (RIVA).
Consultant engineer for heating, ventilation and sanitation engineering, HVAC (RIV).
Construction management/project management.
Construction, (RIB).
ARK / LARK / Area planner.
Consultant engineer fire (RIBR).
Geotechnics RiG (specialist avalanche/landslide)
Environment (RIM).
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. The contracting authority has previously procured for NOK 18 million excluding VAT a year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 90 million excluding VAT.
The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement with the tenderer for major or particularly complex work, or if the contract provider is not able to meet these needs.
The contracting authority reserves the right to engage suppliers outside the framework agreement for projects/assignments exceeding NOK 300,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups
Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within individual groups, nor alternative tenders.
Framework agreement
The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.
The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with one or more tenderers, if a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
