The subject of the public contract award procedure is the acquisition of the High Voltage Power Supply Module (hereinafter HVPS) used to deliver the necessary high voltage (hereinafter HV) required to operate the Channel Photographer (hereinafter CEM), which will fly on board satellites in NASA's IMAP mission to orbit L1. The IMAP mission is scheduled to be launched in February 2025.
The order should include:
1. A package of design data in the form of a document set, which should include the full technical documentation of the HVPS FM (FM), in particular the HVPS specification, electrical diagram, PCB system, list of components, materials and processes, reliability analysis (as a minimum analysis worst-case circuit (WCA) and endurance analysis of components (PSA) at the time of delivery of the EM model (EM - engineering model).
2.1 piece of HVPS module in the form of fully built-up components and functionally tested printed circuit board (from PWB) engineering model (from EM). This model should be identical in size, functionality and interfaces with volatile model modules (FM).
3. 1 piece of HVPS module in the form of a fully built-up component and functionally tested PWB ready for use in volatile modules (FM) of the GLOWS instrument together with electronic test report and post-built documentation.
4.1 piece of HVPS module in the form of a fully built-up component and functionally tested PWB qualifying model, ready for use in environmental testing and ready for use as a backup module for the flight module (FM) of the GLOWS instrument;
