1. The subject of the contract is to equip all real estate inhabited in the municipality of Międzyrzecz with containers for collecting municipal waste and maintaining them in proper sanitary, order and technical condition as well as continuous and reliable collection of all municipal waste from all properties in the period from 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 13 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is to equip all real estate inhabited in the municipality of Międzyrzecz with containers for collecting municipal waste and maintaining them in proper sanitary, order and technical condition as well as continuous and reliable collection of all municipal waste

from all properties in the period from 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024.

2. Under the contract, the Contractor shall collect the following types of municipal waste:

1) Mixed municipal waste collected in containers (black color container described “Mixed” or “Unsegregated”),

2) Waste collected selectively in containers/bags divided into 4 fractions:

(a) paper, cardboard (containers or bags of blue colour described 'Paper'),

(b) plastics, multi-material packaging and metals (containers or bags of yellow colour described 'Metals and Plastics'),

c) glass (containers or bags of green colour described 'Glass'),

(d) biodegradable (brown coloured containers described 'Bio'),

3) “problem” waste i.e. furniture, worn tires, used electrical and electronic equipment, bathroom ceramics, doors, windows, and other multi-size waste,

4) Expired medicines collected in special closed containers of 60 l for expired drugs set in 4 pharmacies located in Miedzyrzecz commune i.e.:

a) Pharmacy “At the Hospital”, 67 Marcinkowskiego Street, 66-300 Międzyrzecz

b) Pharmacy “Aspirynka”, Os. Center 3, 66-300 Międzyrzecz

c) Pharmacy “Grodzka”, 8 Zachodnia Street, 66-300 Międzyrzecz

d) "Dbam o Zdrowie" Pharmacy, 2 Konstytucji 3 Maja Street, 66-300 Międzyrzecz

5) segregated waste from public places such as paper, plastics, multi-material packaging and metals and glass collected in segregated waste containers: closed on a padlock or chain with special holes allowing the dumping of individual types of waste, i.e.:

a) paved area at 5 Krasińskiego Street on a plot with the registration number 515/1, precinct – Międzyrzecz 2,

b) paved area at Hugo Kołłątaja Street 1 on the border of plots with registration numbers 45 and 261/57, within — Międzyrzecz 1.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the location of pharmacies or public places. The change in location covers the area of Międzyrzecz city

3. Order quantity:

The estimated amount of municipal waste during the execution period is 9.000 Mg, including:

- in the urban area 6.570 Mg,

- in a rural area 2,430 Mg.

The above-mentioned quantity of waste contains selectively collected waste, divided into 5 fractions:

(a) paper, cardboard — in an estimated amount of 300 Mg,

(b) plastics, multi-material packaging and metals — in an estimated amount of 600 Mg,

(c) glass — in an estimated amount of 400 Mg,

d) biodegradable waste – in an estimated amount of 1,500 Mg,

e) "problem" waste - in an estimated amount of 400 Mg.
