This tender guideline describes the European tender according to the public procedure to conclude at least one and a maximum of three agreements with the Province of Zeeland for the active roll-out of MaaS (Mobility as a Service) in the province of Zeeland.

To roll out a MaaS app in Zeeland, the Province of Zeeland is looking for at least one to a maximum of three contractors who can start from 26 October 2023. The duration of the assignment is 2 years. The assignment is intended to give MaaS a good start in Zeeland in order to be able to continue without support after 2 years. In this project, the Province of Zeeland deliberately chooses 3 different contractors in order to offer the traveler a MaaS app of their choice that suits her/his travel needs.
