The subject of the contract is the development of a construction project together with materials for obtaining a ZRID decision, executive design, tender materials and performing author's supervision for the task entitled: CONSTRUCTION OF A PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE PATH ALONG THE NATIONAL ROAD NO. 55 ON THE SECTION MALBORK – SZTUM

The order includes:

- making a map for design purposes and/or updating it,

- execution of environmental studies necessary for the proper preparation and implementation of the task

- execution of construction design and executive design,

- execution of surveys, works and geological and geotechnical studies,

- preparation of documentation for the application for a ZRID decision, including maps with projects for the division of real estate,

- execution of Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Bills of Quantities, Offer Cost Estimates, Investor Cost Estimate,

- developing answers to contractors' questions and making possible modifications to the developed documents during the tender procedure for the implementation of works according to the requirements of the SWZ,

- designation of projects of division on the land and execution of the second stage of division works - disclosure of changes in the register of land and buildings,

- author's supervision
