The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to enter into a facility management agreement regarding the UN City, located at Marmorvej 51, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. The tasks to be handled primarily consist of:

area care and winter service, exterior building maintenance, interior building maintenance and maintenance of technical installations. In addition, there may be a need for initiation and completion of additional tasks and smaller projectors.

The offer includes the following service areas:

• Service area 1 Area care and winter service

• Service area 2 Exterior building maintenance

• Service area 3 Interior building maintenance

• Service area 4 Maintenance of technical installations

In addition, the contracting entity can order smaller projects in the service areas. As part of the assignment, the supplier will be Operations Manager for Fire and Safety in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Each service area contains a number of services, and reference is made to the tender documents for detailed elaboration, including details of scope and service requirements. The agreement contains a number of functional requirements for the services, and the supplier will be responsible for operations in relation to a number of KPIs. It is expected that the supplier will document the condition of the assets on an ongoing basis throughout the contract period, and that a condition assessment will be carried out at the end of the agreement.

The tender dossier shall be accessible via the electronic procurement system referred to in point I.3). However, for reasons of confidentiality, the drawing material in Appendix 5.D is not available herein. The drawing material will be sent directly to the winning bidder immediately after the conclusion of the contract. The drawing material is considered to be of no importance to the actual submission of the tender, including the companies' overall assessment of the nature and scope of the task.
