The purpose of this consultation is to select a service provider responsible for assisting the CY Cergy Paris University client in the monitoring, coordination, and operational set-up of the real estate project on the Trades campus. The details of the missions to be carried out are given in article 1.1 of the CCP.

The skills sought for this Project Management Assistance (AMO) are as follows:

- a partnership project: the client wishes to draw on the experience of a generalist AMO, who knows how to grasp the complexity of the project, help bring together the various partners, and actively propose solutions and arbitrations to enable the right progress of the construction of the Trades campus;

- a heritage site: the project invests a highly heritage site (see presentation of the Saint-Cloud wing given in the appendix to the CCP, as an example). As such, the AMO must have architectural skills, in order to be able to be a credible interlocutor vis-à-vis ACHM and the architect who will be in charge of the interior designer of the project;

- communication for the proper conduct of the project, communication actions will be requested from the AMO. The AMO will therefore have to have skills in the communication of complex projects, particularly in real estate.
