Engineering of a high-bay warehouse for pallets [high-bay pallets], as a fully automated warehouse for Euro pallets of the dimensions:
E1 = 1'200x800x550mm (base pallet and one frame)
E2 = 1'200x800x950mm (base pallet and two frames)
E3 = 1'200x800x1'350mm (base pallet and three frames)
E4 = 1'200x800x1'750mm (base pallet and four frames)
Number of pallets: approx. 7'500
- Dynamic performance = 60 double games (storage/retrieval per hour) during 16 h per day / Monday - Friday
- Loading units with maximum length 1,250 mm, max. width 850 mm and maximum height 1,800 mm (including pallet)
Maximum mass 1000 kg (including pallet)
Size of the facility (building):
- Available length = 59 m, including storage pre-zone
- Available width = 18.2 m
- Available height = 21.7 m
In the second and third phases, implementation and maintenance are planned.
