This consultation concerns the supply of work clothing and personal protective equipment.

This framework agreement is placed in a grouping of orders in accordance with Article L.2113-6 of the Public Order Code. The Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Dax, represented by its President, acts as coordinator of the group. The Framework Agreement with minimum and maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders

Minimum annual amount (for all members): 42,910 euro (excl. tax).

Maximum annual amount (for all members): 198,400 euro (excl. tax).

The amounts will be the same for each renewal period

Minimum annual amount (for all members): 19,410 euro (excluding VAT).

Maximum annual amount (for all members): 106,300 euro (excl. VAT).
