1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an autonomous robot for composite production as part of the Public Safety Technology Center project. The order is implemented under the Public Safety Technology Center, FEDS.01.01-IZ.00-0003/24. The project is implemented under: the European Funds Program for Lower Silesia 2021 – 2027, Priority 1 European Funds for Entrepreneurial Lower Silesia. Action 1.1. Development of scientific units, Type 1.1.A Investments in the development of public research infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as the Project). The equipment planned for purchase is essential for achieving the research goals set in the project, i.e. conducting innovative research in structural safety. In particular, in potentially hazardous places for humans, such as those excessively strained. The autonomous robot will enable inspection and temporary reinforcement of structures after a fire or failure. Detailed parameters and requirements regarding the equipment have been specified in the Description of the Object of the Order. 2. Details regarding the timing and conditions of the execution of the subject of the order are included in the contract template, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. According to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure in question if the funds intended by the Contracting Authority to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to him. 7. The Contracting Authority expects the application of the so-called reverse procedure, referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first conduct an examination and evaluation of tenders, and then qualify the Contractor whose offer has been assessed highest, regarding the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 8. The Contractor is bound by the offer from the date of expiration of the submission deadline until 20/06/2026 (no longer than 90 days).
