Measuring Principle :
Measurement optical method.
Any other measuring principle (e.g. beta radiation, microbalance) will not be accepted.
The proposed measurement method must be acknowledged and demonstrated to be equivalent to the reference method according to the specific standard NBN EN 16450:2017. The measurement of PM10 and PM2.5 fractions must be carried out simultaneously by the same instrument.
Performance :
The analyzer model must be compliant and must have passed all type approval tests (in the laboratory and on-site) defined in standard NBN 16450:2017.
Additionally, it must meet quality compliance "QAL1" according to the standard EN 15267-1:2023 (the standard EN 15267-1 (2009) has been officially withdrawn.)

Moreover, the analyzer will be 100% compatible with the data acquisition system from the brand ENVEA (including all products from the ENVEA “XR” range, e.g. SAM LITE, SAM LX, etc.).
The protocol allows for data acquisition, technical parameters, all defects and all alarms as well as sending commands for automatic controls via the “zero” and “span” channels.
This protocol must be available in IP (RJ45 ethernet) as well as in RS (RS-232) and will be fully operational. Therefore, it must be listed in the list of digital protocols developed by ENVEA.
This ENVEA catalog is made available to ISSeP and these aspects will be verified.
The contractor must also provide:
- all equipment necessary for the installation of the analyzer on site (cable gland, sealing system, screws, etc.);
- installation in 19’’ racks of the measurement stations, commissioning and connecting to the data acquisition system (ENVEA SAM);
- a one-day training for eight people presenting the analyzer, its functioning, its use, its main failures, its preventive maintenance, etc.;
- the user manual in 2 copies in French and potentially at least one other language, for example in English, including:
the fluid circuit of the analyzer;
the technical characteristics;
the communication protocol (RS / IP);
the description of normal operations;
the description of the functioning of internal components;
the description of the assembly of spare parts;

The contractor must also provide the following technical accessories:
- a maintenance kit for normal operation during a period of two years.
- a portable control kit intended for the field to guarantee the quality of the optical measurement of the analyzer.

- a circuit sealing control kit intended for the field,
- a weather probe control and/or calibration kit,
- a kit allowing for an "air zero" check intended for the field.
