The framework agreement, consisting of two lots, will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The description of the services is detailed in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP). The services will be paid based on the quantities actually executed at the unit prices set in the price schedule. For information purposes only and non-contractually, the annual estimate of the framework agreement for all lots is 300,000 euro(s) excluding VAT per year. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification of the contract (the date indicated in this notice is given for information purposes), renewable three times for successive annual periods. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years.
