1. The subject of the contract is: Development of digital services and improvement of cybersecurity at the General Hospital USK and at the Podkarpackie Oncology Center in Rzeszów - supply of server equipment and software as well as cybersecurity solutions.
2. The contracting authority allows for partial offers, where each part is a complete section. An offer can be submitted for one, several, or all parts of the order. This procedure includes 3 parts as follows:
a) Part 1 – Supply of server and computer equipment,
b) Part 2 – Delivery, implementation, and 36-month maintenance of cybersecurity systems,
c) Part 3 - Purchase of scanners for digitization of medical documentation (50 pcs.) along with configuration, connection to the system, extension of warranty, and support for 3 years.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (for all parts of the order), size, scope, type, and quantity of deliveries, warranty conditions, and service provisions are specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order – SOPZ (Annex no. 1 to the SWZ), which is an integral part of the SWZ.
4. The contracting authority allows for equivalent solutions as described in the SWZ.

6. TIME OF EXECUTION OF THE ORDER:
a) Part 1 - within 90 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than May 31, 2026.

c) Part 3 - within 90 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than May 31, 2026.

The contracting authority informs that the order referred to in point III of the SWZ is implemented under the project titled Development of digital services and improvement of cybersecurity at the General Hospital USK in Rzeszów no. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0372/25 and Development of digital services and improvement of cybersecurity at the Podkarpackie Oncology Center in Rzeszów no.
