The subject of the contract is the digital transformation of the Municipality of Kassandras with the design, procurement, and installation of applications and technological means that will improve the management and functionality of the urban environment of the municipality, providing more efficient, innovative, and high-quality services for the benefit of residents, visitors, and businesses.
The project includes the following actions:
• 11. Smart City / Municipality Guide with a record of local businesses
• 24. Smart warning and risk management system (flood phenomena, fire, earthquake, etc.) within the municipal boundaries and according to their responsibilities
• 27. Digitization of municipal library catalogs - Creation of a smart municipal library
• 28. Digitization of local cultural heritage (the ownership and possession of which belongs to the Municipality)
• 35. Central unified platform for the management and collection of data on the digital transformation actions of local authorities
The estimated value of the contract amounts to €432,560.00 excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: €348,838.71 and VAT €83,721.29) The duration of the contract is set at ten (10) months from the signing of the relevant contract (per section according to what is described in Annex I of the Announcement).
