Considering the provisions of OUG No. 98/2017, in compliance with the deadline provided in Article 8, paragraph (2) of the Methodological Norms of 2018 for the application of the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance No. 98/2017, approved by Decision No. 419/2018 and the ANAP Notification regarding the implementation of the provisions of Article 160, paragraph (2) of Law No. 98/2016, sent on 30.07.2018, the number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 18. According to the provisions of Article 161, paragraph 1 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will send responses to the requests for clarifications 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
