The subject of the contract is the service of municipal waste collection and management from the Jastków commune.

1. Collection and management of municipal waste directly from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Jastków ”, consisting in:

- collection and management of municipal waste directly from owners of real estate residing in the Jastków commune

- providing bags for selective collection in the colors specified in the regulations (on a "bag-by-bag basis") necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system,

- supply of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family housing (cooperatives and housing associations) in the commune:

- collection of waste that will be issued by residents in front of the property in the so-called "Wystawkę"

2. The scope and method of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified (Annex 1 to the ToR) - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the specimen contract (Annex 2a to the ToR).

1. Collection and management of the mass of municipal waste collected at Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, consisting of:

- collection and management of a mass of municipal waste collected separately from the inhabitants of the Jastków commune collected in two Points of Selective Municipal Waste Collection - the first located at the sewage treatment plant in Tomaszowice, the second located at the sewage treatment plant in Snopków,

- equipment above Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) in containers for segregated municipal waste.
