The supply includes procurement of above-ground waste containers to be emptied by crane. The contracting entity estimates that, during the contract period, approximately 450 above-ground containers of different sizes will be procured in connection with the contracting entity's implementation of new collection schemes in the catchment area. I/S REFA is Order Regiver. I/S REFA is a joint municipal stakeholder that is located in Region Zealand and covers Guldborgsund and Lolland municipalities. The municipalities have the ult. 2021 collected approximately 100,500 inhabitants, 52,000 households and 10,600 second homes.

Contracting entities provide the supply of above-ground containers to be emptied by crane truck with a gross space content of approximately 1.4 -1.5 m3, approximately 2 m3 and about 3 m3, and an option on service agreement relating to regular cleaning of the containers. Contracting entities estimate that in the contraperiod, approximately 450 containers in total will be procured for the implementation of new collection schemes in the catchment area of the Contracting Regions. In connection with the tender, the contracting entity requests an option on cleaning of crane-depleted canister in the catchment area.

By above-ground containers, this requirement specification is meant:

- Containers, which can be placed directly on top of a flat base consisting of tiles or asphalt.

- Containers that are neither wholly nor partially excavated.

- containers to be emptied by crane and where the waste is transferred to a container or comprimator unit by release of flaps or similar at the bottom of the container or by opening an inside bag.

This document specifies the requirements to be complied with by the tendered delivery agreement.

The supplier undertakes to keep continuously informed and comply with all relevant national and international regulatory requirements applicable in relation to how the products are produced and in connection with the transport of the product.
