1.The subject of the contract is the conclusion of an agreement specifying the terms of a public contract for the successive supply of liquid fuels for the needs of the Contracting Authority, i.e. Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o. that may be granted to the Contractor during the term of the contract, i.e. within 12 months, starting from the date of signing the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or decrease the volume of deliveries up to +/- 50% of the contract value.
1) As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to supply the following fuels:
(a)heating oil approximately 200 m3, exclusively for heating purposes, having the following physico-chemical parameters: a flash point higher than 61 °C or a vapour pressure at 50 °C greater than 3 bar;
(b)diesel fuel totalling approximately 85 m3; including diesel fuel of class 2, the so-called "arctic", in the amount of about 30 m3;
(c)unleaded petrol with an octane rating of at least 95 in an amount of approximately 10 m3.

2) The scope of the contract includes:
(a)the supply of fuels;
b) transport of fuels at the airport, to the location of the tanks;
(c)refuelling of the tank(s);
(d)measurement of the amount of fuel delivered to each tank.
2. Deliveries will be carried out, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, successively within 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
