1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment together with assembly and accompanying services to municipal schools in Iława. The subject of the contract is hereinafter referred to as the "object" or "subject of the contract". 2. The subject of the contract consists of 17 parts:

11) Part 1 – language rooms Primary School No. 1 in Iława – the material scope includes in particular: a) the subject of the contract subtracts the launch of a language room in Primary School No. 1 in Iława, by launching a language room The Ordering Party understands the delivery of furniture along with the assembly and equipment of the room along with the installation and training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party. b) a detailed description of the subject of the contract in these proceedings and the minimum technical parameters are set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ, c) the subject of delivery should be brand new. Under the term "brand new" the ordering party understands products made of new elements, without signs of damage, in the original manufacturer's packaging with a visible logo, product symbol. and the expiry date, d) The object of delivery must be free from defects and complete, i.e. having all the accessories, wires, cables necessary for their use. The offered equipment must be ready for use without additional purchases. It must come from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring, in particular, the implementation of warranty rights. e) It is required that the offered furniture and equipment have a guarantee for min. 24 months from the date of delivery, i.e. the Quality Acceptance Protocol – the design template constitutes an attachment to the contract f) The Contractor shall be liable for deficiencies and defects in the subject of the contract arising during transport and is obliged to include transport costs to the place of receipt of the subject of the contract in the price of the offer, g) The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor's failure to provide the name, manufacturer and model of the offered furniture and equipment will result in rejection of the offer. The above request is used to check by the Ordering Party the minimum technical parameters of the offered devices and equipment with the requirements set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ, h) The users of the subject of the contract will be Primary School No. 1 in Iława, which will be authorized and entitled to report defects and defects of the subject of the contract during the warranty and warranty period. i) The Contractor shall provide together with the devices documents confirming the legality of the software installed on the delivered devices. 10) part 10 – equipment (scoreboard) of the gymnasium Primary School No. 1 - the subject includes the delivery in particular: a) purchase and delivery of brand new professional gym equipment with accessories for Primary School No. 1 in Iława, b) delivery includes the installation of the scoreboard in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the use of the scoreboard. c) The Contractor shall be liable for deficiencies and defects in the subject of the contract arising during transport and shall be obliged to include transport costs to the place of receipt of the subject of the contract in the price of the offer, d) The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor's failure to provide the name, manufacturer and model of the offered devices will result in rejection of the offer. 8) part 8 - gymnasium equipment Primary School No. 2 in Iława - the subject includes the delivery in particular: a) purchase and delivery of brand new professional gym equipment along with accessories for Primary School No. 1 in Iława, b) The Contractor is liable for deficiencies and defects of the subject of the contract arising during transport and is obliged to include transport costs to the place of receipt of the subject of the contract in the price of the offer, c) The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor's failure to provide the name, manufacturer and model of the offered devices will result in rejection of the offer.
