1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment together with assembly and accompanying services to municipal schools in Iława. The subject of the contract is hereinafter referred to as the "object" or "subject of the contract". 2. The subject of the contract consists of 17 parts:

It must come from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring, in particular, the implementation of warranty rights. e) It is required that the offered furniture and equipment have a guarantee for min. 24 months from the date of delivery, i.e. the Quality Acceptance Protocol – the design template constitutes an attachment to the contract f) The Contractor shall be liable for deficiencies and defects in the subject of the contract arising during transport and is obliged to include transport costs to the place of receipt of the subject of the contract in the price of the offer, g) The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor's failure to provide the name, manufacturer and model of the offered furniture and equipment will result in rejection of the offer. The above request is used to check by the Ordering Party the minimum technical parameters of the offered devices and equipment with the requirements set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ, d) a detailed description of the subject of the contract in this procedure and the minimum technical parameters have been specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ, e) the subject of delivery should be brand new. Under the term "brand new" the ordering party understands products made of new elements, without signs of damage, in the original manufacturer's packaging with a visible logo, product symbol. and use-by date, f) It is required that the offered gym equipment has a guarantee for at least 12 months from the date of delivery, i.e. the Quality Acceptance Protocol – the project template is attached to the contract g) CPV codes: 37400000 - Sports articles and equipment, 37442900 - Various gymnastic equipment,
