The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate located within the municipality of Lyski.

1) the scope of the task includes the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners in the territory of the municipality of Lyski. As part of the task, the contractor is obliged to collect and accept from the owners of inhabited, non-inhabited and from cottages and from properties used for recreational and leisure purposes of municipal waste on the principles laid down in the Resolution of the Council of the Municipality of Lyski in on the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Lyski, and in the Resolution of the Council of the Municipality of Lyski on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste in exchange for paid by property owner charge for management of municipal waste;

2) directly from the property of inhabited property, from cottages and from real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, the contractor is obliged to receive:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) selectively harvested municipal waste: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-plant packaging waste, biowaste, furniture and other large-size waste, spent tyres, slag and ash, in the case of solid fuel heated buildings;

3) directly from the site of the other property the contractor is obliged to receive:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) selectively collected municipal waste: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-plant packaging waste, biowaste, slag and ash in the case of solid fuel heated buildings.
