The object of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, aimed at conservation activities in the field of conservation in reserves and moorland located in the Tuchola Forest District, between 2021 and 2024.

Conservation activities in reserves and moors in the Tuchola Forest Forest Area include: “Valley of the River Brdy” Reserve — in the forest area Rudzki Most, Dawn, Wymysłowo, Żółwiniec and Żółwiniec Nursery, Reserve “Sources of the River Stążki” — in the forestry area of Kiełpiński Bridge, Wrzoshka Lake forestry area. The scope of the object of the order includes the total quantities of work

in the field of forest farming and conservation, resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

- Annex 3.1 — Material scope of the object of the contract - conservation activities in the reserves of the Tuchola Forest Area,

- Annex 3.2. — The scope of the object of the contract - conservation activities on the moors of the Tuchola Forest Area.
