The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) hereby offers a framework agreement on total consultancy for DTU. The background for the framework agreements is that DTU wants stable and reliable partners with whom a trust-building collaboration can be promoted in order to achieve good solutions for DTU's test centres for wind turbines: Høvsøre and Østerild. The agreement concerns technical advice and assistance for DTU in accordance with the Performance Description for Construction and Landscape 2018 (YBL) prepared by the Association of Consulting Engineers (FRI) and Danish Architectural Firms and in accordance with the Performance Description for Installations 2019 (YBA) prepared by the Association of Consulting Engineers (FRI).

This will include total consultancy, including engineering services in connection with construction, construction and operational works of varying scopes, with a focus on guyed masts and infrastructure as well as high-voltage power grids. In addition, there is regulatory treatment regarding the aforementioned.

The amount of total consultancy is estimated to amount to approximately 3-4 million for operational tasks. 0.5-1 million to BH consultancy on an ongoing basis. In addition, the fee in connection with the expansion project Høvsøre and Test Center 3 is expected to amount to approximately 15-20 million.

In total, the maximum value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to DKK 25 million.
