Tenure housing wishes to be accompanied by an environmental performance AMO to conduct a reflection on the optimization of the environmental impacts related to its activity in the construction phase and in the operation phase:

— comparison of impacts: demolitions/reconstruction of buildings or rehabilitations of buildings based on different scenarios on the condition of the existing building, its composition, its thermal performance;

— updating the specifications for design and services: anticipation of the RE 2020, advice and assistance in the drafting of specifications aimed at carbon sobriety, at the best compromise environmental quality, thermal performance and cost of investor and occupier expenses;

— recommendations for recycling materials, the use of bio-sourced materials;

— recommendations for the implementation of innovative equipment or materials, analysis of overall cost and environmental impact;

— support in the implementation of an exemplary and innovative operation in environmental terms.
