Delivery

The scope of this tender consists per location of the delivery or replacement of the existing Wi-Fi and network environment of the Contracting Authority. Tenderer is responsible for supplying/replacing, installing, installing, configuring, testing and delivering the following out of the box:

• Accesspoints;

• Switches;

• Authentication and security*:

o Firewalls.

• Management and monitoring tool;

• Patchkabels.

*Network Access Control Management runs the Network Policy Server (NPS) of Contracting Authority.

Pay attention:

In Annex Wi-Fi and network environment, the Registrant will find a representation of the desired Wi-Fi and network environment. The tenderer supplies hardware that is at least equivalent to these brands and types (this is an update of the current Wi-Fi and network environment) and that meets the additional requirements in Annex XII Wi-Fi and network environment specifications.

Purpose and duration

Through this tender, the Contracting Authority intends to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the provision/service of Wi-Fi and the network environment for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority shall have a unilateral, optional extension option of six (6) times one (1) year.

Size

This assignment is not divided into lots. Tendering for a part of the contract is not permitted and leads to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents an annual, indicative and historical value of € 82,000.00 excluding VAT.
