The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport bus management services belonging to PKM Sp. z o.o. in Świerklaniec (BN type rolling stock) on communication lines determined depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, in the area of the Ordering Party's activity.

within 12 months from the date of commencement of the service.

The order is divided into three lots:

Provision of services of directing public transport buses belonging to PKM Sp. z o.o. in Świerklaniec on communication lines determined depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, in the area of Tarnowskie Góry (lines 80, 288, M107, also the possibility of servicing lines 3,5,19,64,87,94,129,203,207 and 289) within 12 months from the date of commencement of the service, in the amount of 642,370 wzkm.

For order fulfillment. The contractor should direct at least 11 drivers with legal qualifications to transport passengers by public transport buses. These drivers may not be employed as a driver by the Ordering Party.

The Ordering Party indicates that the minimum amount of the service will be 40% of the number of points indicated above.

Provision of services of directing public transport buses belonging to PKM Sp. z o.o. in Świerklaniec on communication lines determined depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, in the area of Bytom (line 750 also the possibility of servicing lines M102, M3, T11, T3 and T47) within 12 months from the date of commencement of the service, in the amount of 107 000 wzkm.

For order fulfillment. The Contractor should direct at least 14 drivers with legal qualifications to transport passengers by public transport buses. These drivers may not be employed as a driver by the Ordering Party.

The Ordering Party indicates that the minimum amount of the service will be 40% of the number of points indicated above.

Provision of services of managing public transport buses belonging to PKM Sp. z o.o. in Świerklaniec on communication lines determined depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, in the area of Świerklaniec (lines M14, M19, also the possibility of servicing lines 17, 173, 179, M11, M23) within 12 months from the date of commencement of the service, in the amount of 643.440 wzkm.

For order fulfillment. The Contractor should direct at least 6 drivers with qualifications specified by law to transport passengers by public transport buses. These drivers may not be employed as a driver by the Ordering Party.
