Collection of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the Łapy commune.
The following municipal waste will be collected:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) paper and cardboard,
(c) plastics, multi-material packaging and metal
(d) glass,
(e) bio-waste constituting food and kitchen waste,
(f) bio-waste constituting green waste,
(g) ash, sand and slag.

(g) ash, sand and slag,
When performing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor should take into account the following conditions:
(a) The collection of individual waste fractions shall be carried out in such a way as to prevent mixing.
b) The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from individual properties on the dates set out in the schedule, with the proviso that collection may not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
c) Additional properties submitted by the Contracting Authority for waste collection during the performance of this agreement (as a result of submitting an appropriate declaration by the owner or holder of the property) are to be collected from the nearest collection date for a given location, specified in the schedule.
d) After each collection, the Contractor is obliged to equip the property with bags intended for collecting separately collected waste. The colours of the bags should be in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city and municipality of Łapy.
The Contractor is obliged to manage all waste collected from the Municipality in accordance with the applicable regulations.
