Project management mission for energy renovation and interior refurbishment of the administrative city of Cluzel in Tours. The city of Cluzel is a 13-storey building built in 1962 and classified by ERP exemption of 3 e category type W. The planned energy renovation works mainly cover the replacement of exterior joinery, the implementation of thermal insulation from the exterior and double-flow ventilation. The interior refurbishment works of the office floors and various spaces include in particular the re-partitioning and all associated secondary works as well as the asbestos removal of a stairwell.

The project manager's mission is of the basic mission type (VISA) + DIAG + synthesis of execution studies + SSI coordination. It also includes the production of the documents necessary for obtaining the necessary administrative authorizations (building permit, ERP work authorization, etc.). The DIAG mission includes a thermal and environmental study allowing the prime contractor to define the thermal and environmental performance commitments to be achieved thanks to the works. OPC's mission will be distinct from this contract.
