The State Office for Agriculture and environment of Middle Mecklenburg is planning the construction of an island port including various ancillary facilities on the German Baltic Sea coast on the sea side of the municipality Ostseebad Prerow on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst. The island port is to be built as a replacement port for the existing emergency port Darßer Ort.
For the implementation of the "Inselhafen Prerow" project, a general contractor was commissioned in June 2022 with the execution of the outstanding planning services and the corresponding construction services.
For the upcoming construction phase, services of the construction management and construction supervision for the civil engineering structures are required.
The subject of the negotiated procedure is exclusively the services of the construction management and the local construction supervision for the civil engineering structures.
The engineering structures include:
• the island port itself,
• Shaft protection structures made of blown breakwaters,
• Sheet piling boxes for a paved functional area in the south-eastern area of the island port,
• Jetties and berths within the island port as well as
• the new pier to be built, including passenger jetties and dismantling of the existing pier.
With the exception of the monitoring of the shaft protection structures made of blown breakwaters, all above civil engineering structures must be monitored by the subsequent contractor.
The advertised services are divided into the following service blocks:
• Checking the execution documents prepared by the general contractor for conformity with the construction contract requirements of the objects to be executed and participation in the release of the planning documents and sampling
• Partial services of the construction management
• Local construction supervision for civil engineering structures and production supervision of precast reinforced concrete elements
