The National Roads Authority wishes to appoint Suppliers

to a multi-party framework agreement. The framework

agreement is being procured by the National Roads

Authority for itself and all the local authorities, listed in

Schedule 3 of the Framework Agreement, in Ireland to

purchase de-icing salt for use on national roads.
