On the basis of IT SiG, the University Hospital Leipzig is upgrading the infrastructure of the data network on the entire Liebigstraße campus. There are 5 buildings in construction phase 1. The cabling required for this is laid on existing and to be installed paths and cable paths. 2 UPS systems per building must be installed and commissioned. The necessary supply lines from the GHV and discharges to the floor distributors must be installed. All work takes place in stock, for the most part under conditions of use and in compliance with hospital-specific hygiene.

The University Hospital Leipzig intends to upgrade and expand the infrastructure of the data network on the entire campus on Liebigstraße. Construction work will take place in parallel in several buildings, levels and rooms.

The following services are to be performed:

— Supply and install UPS systems with all necessary components:

—— 2 pcs. 12 kW,

—— 2 pcs. 40 kW,

—— 6 pcs. 100 kW.

— supply and install low-voltage sub-distributors complete with all necessary components for previously stationary UPS systems,

— opening, closing and reconstructing installation systems and fire-resistant panels (cable trays, electrical conduits,...) and rebuild (approximately 500 m in all buildings),

— set up steigers for new occupancy (approx. 300 m in all buildings),

— open, close and rebuild fire bulkheads (approximately 3 000 units in all buildings).
