The purpose of this framework agreement is to process banking transactions as well as the provision of associated banking services for health insurance bodies. Pursuant to Article L.224-12 of the Social Security Code, the National Health Insurance Fund concludes the framework agreements resulting from the consultation in the name and on behalf of the health insurance bodies (CPAM, CCSS or Cramif)
