Technical planning technical equipment according to HOAI § 55 Lph 3-9 partly Lph 1 + 2.

Brief description of the TGA project:

On the Poststraße 6 property (Bad Wildungen district, hallway 1, parcel 465/5), the city of Bad Wildungen plans to renovate and expand the existing listed building. The building was built in 1889 and has been used as a music school since 1990. In order to meet the requirements of a music school, a conversion and an extension are necessary. For the planned expansion, part of the adjacent property was acquired by the Waldeck Frankenberg district. The property has a total size of 820 m after purchase 2nd . There is no legally binding development plan for this area, the construction measure is assessed in accordance with § 34 BauGB.

The award is to be carried out in the form of an award procedure (VgV) with participation competition for the specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 53-56 and Appendix 15 HOAI (2013). The tender is for the technical planning of technical equipment for service phases 3-9 and partly 1 + 2 HOAI and the local site management.

The measure must be completed by the end of the summer vacation in 2022.

Comprehensive knowledge, experience and references in the construction of public buildings, compound buildings and tarpaulins in the renovation of existing buildings must be described and demonstrated in the application for participation. The renovation of the music school and the new construction of the staircase, foyer and event hall should result in an economic and energy-efficient building, including outdoor facilities, that is appropriate for the usage concept.

Objectives / priorities

The spatial program is shown in the present draft of the city planning office. There are no additions from the user side. The building description is available. The building application has been made for the design. The design documents are handed over digitally.

The bidder is commissioned with parts of service phases 1 + 2. For the coordination and integration of the TGA planning, an architecture office is sought in parallel to the VgV TGA, which takes over the present planning from the city planning office. The bidder is expected to submit proposals for the design of the technical equipment. In the area of the existing building there are currently minor adjustments due to the monument requirements as part of the approval process.

Subsequently, all services from phases 3-9 are to be performed. The cost calculation is to be set up (also according to trades) in such a way that continuous cost tracking is possible until acceptance.
