The acquisition is subject to the provision of maintenance and repair services for large kitchen appliances to subscribers under the terms specified in this call for tender and its annexes. Companies belonging to a city or municipal group may also use service providers selected under this invitation to tender at the same prices and conditions.

The acquisition is divided into two subdivisions by region:

1. Southern Suburban, incl. Lappeenranta City, Saimaa Support Services Oy, South Karelia Social and Health District, Lemi Municipality, Savitaipalee Municipality, Taipalsaari Municipality, Luumäki Municipality

2. The northern region, incl. destinations of the following subscribers: South Karelia Social and Health District, Parikkala Municipality, Rautjärvi Municipality.

The offer will be made by sub-region. An offer can also be made in respect of only one area. Up to three (3) service producers/subdivisions are selected for both subdivisions. The number of served producers may be selected less than three/subdivision if fewer acceptable offers are received. The acquisition is carried out as a framework arrangement.

The goal is for the actual contract period to begin on 1 January 2022 and end on 31 December 2023. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the opportunity to extend the contract one year at a time, but not more than two (2) option years. Any option decisions will be made separately at the end of the contract period.

The purpose of the acquisition is the provision of maintenance and repair services for large kitchen equipment to subscribers under the terms specified in this call for tender in the southern region of South Karelia.
